Our Joliet Facility is under the direction of Thomas M. Gavin, C.O. and Frank Riska, Licensed Orthotist (IL). We are located on Jefferson Avenue and Fairlane Drive, just west of the Stadium Plaza in the Stadium office complex. We this facility in 2003 to better serve the Joliet region. We are easily accessed from I-55 by exiting eastbound on Route 52 (Jefferson Street), from I-80 by exiting northbound on Larkin avenue and making a left (west) onto Jefferson avenue. We see outpatients by appointment only and are available on-call 24 hours a day for inpatient services. For a consultation, please call us.

From Interstate 55 exit east onto route 52 (Jefferson Street) and drive approximately 3 miles to the Stadium plaza entrance. Turn left and go to the west end of the Stadium plaza and park in front of the Stadium office complex. Our sign is visible from Jefferson avenue.

From Interstate 80 exit northbound onto Larkin Avenue, go approximately 3/4 of a mile and turn left (westbound) onto Jefferson Street (route 52). Go westbound approximately 1/2 mile and make a right onto Fairlane drive. The first right you come to will take you directly into our parking lot.
